Johnny Depp is now set to star in The Tourist opposite Angelina Jolie. The film has had constant cast changes. Originally it was set to star Tom Cruise and Charlize Theron. Then Sam Worthington and Theron. Then Worthington and Angelina Jolie. And now Depp and Jolie.

The film is a remake of the 2005 French thriller. Jolie will play an Interpol agent who uses an American tourist (Depp) to catch a criminal (who happens to be her former lover).

Alfonso Cuaron (Children of Men) is now in talks to direct.

Kim Kardashian is preparing to put her relationship with running back Reggie Bush to the test - they’re reportedly set to move in together.

The socialite and reality TV star has placed her Los Angeles apartment on the market with a price tag of $1 million, while Bush, who plays for the New Orleans Saints in Louisiana, is selling his luxury L.A. pad for more than $5 million.

The couple, which reunited after a brief split earlier this year, is now on the hunt for its first home together in the Hollywood Hills, according to TMZ.com.

Los Angeles socialite Kim Kardashian got punched in the face on Tuesday night - in the name of charity. The reality TV star stepped in the ring with a female fan for a charity boxing bout at the Commerce Casino in California.

Tweeting to fans before the fight, Kardashian admitted she was “sooo scared.”

Her stepfather Bruce Jenner and brother Robert also laced up for charity. All three lost their bouts. Kardashian reports she left the ring with a black eye and her brother needed medical attention for a concussion.

In a Wednesday morning post on her blog, the shocked star writes, “We literally had three days of training to prepare for the event. We didn’t expect what happened. I knew I had to do it (fight) for charity, since that’s what it was all about, but man, my girl could throw a punch! Rob is doing fine now and my black eye will be gone soon…I hope.”

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart’s bid to end reports about their secret romance has taken a turn for the worst - the couple was spotted kissing outside a screening of their Twilight sequel.

The two stars reportedly spent the night together at Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont hotel last week - before breakfasting and attending a screening of The Twilight Saga: New Moon nearby.

And that’s when things started heating up, according to UsMagazine.com.

A source tells the publication, “Rob wanted a cigarette so he went outside with Kristen for about 15 minutes. They were hugging, as Rob was smoking his cigarette, and then he leaned down and kissed her on the lips. He had his arm around her almost the whole time.”

The new story comes just days after an upcoming Pattinson Vanity Fair magazine article, in which he insisted the two stars were just “friends”, hit the Internet.

According to MTV, Robert Zemeckis has confirmed that Roger Rabbit 2 is being scripted. Jeffrey Price and Peter Seaman, the original writers, are at work on the script, under the supervision of Zemeckis. Zemeckis also discussed the use of motion-capture and 3-D technology in the film, here is what he had to say…

“I wouldn’t use it for the cartoon characters, because I think they should stay two-dimensional. I wouldn’t dimensonalize Roger…But all the other characters that [the cartoons] would sort of have fun with would be magnificent in performance capture technology.”

Twilight actress Kristen Stewart is adamant she isn’t chasing stardom - she would hate to be as famous as Angelina Jolie.

Stewart made her name in the vampire franchise, and compares her new life as a Hollywood star to that of Robert Pattinson’s “sad, desolate” character Edward in the movies.

She says, “I don’t want to be a movie star like Angelina Jolie. Nothing about being a celebrity is desirable. I’m an actor. It’s bizarre to me that everybody’s so obsessive. I had no idea it would turn out like this when I signed up for the movie.”

“And I am glad I didn’t because it would’ve tripped me out. Edward is actually a really good parallel to fame. As a vampire he has a sad, desolate life - fame is the same.”

A waiter has blasted Kevin Spacey after he was fired for asking the actor’s pals not to smoke in a restaurant.

Peter Turner has accused the American Beauty star of costing him his job at the Clarke Cooke House in Newport, Rhode Island, after friends violated state laws by lighting up during a meal in June.

Turner alleges the head waiter instructed him to ask Spacey’s party to put out their cigarettes - but the star reportedly took exception to the request, reports RadarOnline.com.

Turner recalls, “I told the maitre d’ (they were) smoking, he said to ask them not to smoke. I did politely ask them not to. The second time I made a joke about it - I said, ‘You’re not allowed to smoke in here unless you’re on fire.’ The third time… Kevin Spacey basically verbatim said to me, ‘You know, you’re an aggressive p*#ck.’ I said to him, ‘I’m sorry, I’m just doing my job. Does anybody need anything?’ I was told (by Spacey), ‘I need you to get the f*#k away from my table.’”

The waiter claims his bosses were furious after the incident - and fired him from his position three days later.

Turner insists the lay-off has cost him dearly, adding: “I was banking on making somewhere between $12- and $18,000 (at the restaurant) and that’s basically what I’m out because someone thought that they were more privileged than anyone else.”

Lindsay Lohan was left fearing for her life when a man threatened her with a gun on Sunday - breaking down in floods of tears when she realized the weapon was a fake.

The Mean Girls star is on vacation in Morocco and went on a shopping trip with friends this weekend.

However, Lohan was terrified to come face-to-face with a gun-wielding man - who she was convinced wanted to kill her.

In a post on her personal Twitter.com page, she writes, “I was walking… with the security guard & some guy was following me, then pulled up in his car & pointed a GUN at me! I was on the phone (with) my mom & I screamed and ducked & the guy started laughing & pushed the trigger & it was a fake gun. I was crying…he scared me.”
