- Edge announced at tonight’s pay-per-view that he will be on RAW tomorrow night to reveal his opponent for WrestleMania 26. It’s expected he will choose Chris Jericho.

- The WWE Divas Title match between Maryse and Gail Kim is expected to happen at tomorrow’s RAW since it didn’t happen at Elimination Chamber, thanks to Vickie Guerrero.

- Batista defeated John Cena at tonight’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view to win the WWE Title, just minutes after Cena won the belt by winning the Elimination Chamber match. Vince McMahon came out and forced Cena to defend the title against Batista.

Chris Jericho also became the World Heavyweight Champion tonight after defeating The Undertaker in the Elimination Chamber after Shawn Michaels laid Taker out and came from under the steel.

Possible Spoilers & Notes for WWE’s Elimination Chamber

Elimination Chamber news and notes from the Wrestling Observer:

- WWE holds Elimination Chamber, its final pre-WrestleMania pay-per-view, this Sunday night in St. Louis. The gimmick has drawn relatively well for WWE in the past, although this year will be a true test of its lure–in addition to airing on the same weekend as a UFC event, the show also had no marquee-level non-Chamber match confirmed prior to going live. If it draws, it will entirely be due to the Chamber matches.

- Both Shawn Michaels vs. Batista and Edge vs. Batista had, at various points, been planned for tonight’s program, but as of press time, neither had been confirmed by WWE. At this point, many are wondering if WWE will go through with either match considering it would have made sense to advertise such high-profile bouts to potential pay-per-view buyers.

- The word going around is that the John Morrison injury angle is not irrelevant and will play a key part in shaping tonight’s World Heavyweight Championship match.

- With Edge vs. Chris Jericho still appearing likely for WrestleMania 26, all indications are that Jericho will win the title imminently. As Jericho’s victory appears to be a given, however, he may very well not win the strap on tonight’s show.

- With neither John Cena, Kofi Kingston, Ted DiBiase nor Randy Orton expected to be involved in the title picture at ‘Mania, the RAW Chamber match will presumably be based around Triple H and Sheamus, the two expected WWE Championship participants at WrestleMania. But as always, things can change.

- Joey Styles wrote the following interesting message on his Twitter earlier, after changing his username and dropping the “WWE” from it:

“Get the “F” out doesn’t apply anymore but there has been a brand change. My twitter name is now @JoeyStyles. I’ts NOT a WWE twitter account!”

- Triple H spoke to The Houston Chronicle this past week about the new WWE Mattel line and told them he knew he had “made it” as a WWE star once he got his first action figure. He said:

“It’s a huge moment for any of the guys. We all played with action figures when we were growing up. So to get yourself to the point where you’re immortalized with an action figure is a pretty cool thing,” ‘H candidly said. “It’s like having a statue of yourself. It’s a feeling of, wow, I’ve really made it. To be included as a figure that the company thinks people will buy, it’s huge.”

WWE Superstar Close to Being in Conan Movie, Supershow News & More

- The term “WWE News” is a trending topic today on the front page of Yahoo.

- Jim Ross noted on his Twitter account that last night’s WWE Supershow in Springfield, IL was sold out. It was the third highest sales gross in arena’s history.

- WWE Superstar Shad Gaspard posted the following update on his MySpace regarding the upcoming remake for Conan the Barbarian:

He wrote: “Good News, I’m past the first part of casting for the new Conan the Barbarian movie as one of the main villains “UKAFA”. Now it’s down to me and several others to see which one of us will go head to head with Jason Momoa. This role is as important to me as playing The Scorpion King in The Mummy Returns was for Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. I never ask my fans for much, but if you think I would be the best opponent to fight Jason Momoa in the new Conan the Barbarian film then I need you guys to hit the Conan chat rooms, forums, blogs, tweets, and message boards and let them know Shad Gaspard is the man when it comes to kicking ass and taking names on the big screen…..”
