Bill Nighy Could Join Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
File this under rumor for now, but according to The Independent, Bill Nighy (Pirates of the Caribbean, Underworld) is joining the cast of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. He will play the role of Rufus Scrimgeour, the professor that succeeded Cornelius Fudge in the post of Minister for Magic towards the end of The Half-Blood Prince.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be released in two parts, the first in November of 2010, the second in July of 2011.
