Miley Cyrus will celebrate turning 17 next month with a Dolly Parton-themed birthday bash.

The singer hails from the same Nashville, Tennessee hometown as the buxom country queen - and admits Parton’s one of her idols.

So she’s preparing to boost her bust and slip on a big blonde wig for a party on November 23 - and she’s insisting all her guests dress as Dolly too.

During an appearance on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on Friday, Cyrus told the host, “I want to rent out a cool place and play all Dolly Parton music and have everyone dress up as their favorite Dolly moment. I am really excited about getting all my crew members to dress up as Dolly. That’s probably going to be the funniest thing ever.”
