Bloody-disgusting.com is reporting that the new trailer for the Nightmare on Elm Street remake has been viewed over 1.6 million times on Myspace, making it one of the social networks top videos of all time. B-D went on to say how the trailer even slowed their site so much that they had to make some changes to their comments section.

Nightmare on Elm Street opens everywhere on April 30, 2010 with Jackie Earle Haley starring as the iconic slasher.
