According to ERCboxoffice.com, The Green Hornet has had its release date moved back two weeks, from June 25th, 2010 to July 9th, 2010. The reason for the move is because Columbia is releasing Grown Ups that weekend. Grown Ups has an all star cast, including Kevin James, Chris Rock, Adam Sandler, Rob Schneider, David Spade, Salma Hayek, Maya Rudolph, Colin Quinn, Maria and Bello.

Opening the week before Grown Ups is Toy Story 3, and the week after, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. The Green Hornet will now be up against Robert Rodriguez’s Predators and Despicable Me, an animated film, when it opens.
