Billboard Singles Charts: The Black Eyed Peas Hold On To #1

Here is the Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 for this week. The Black Eyed Peas were able to hold on to #1 for an eighth straight week with “Boom Boom Pow”.

The cast of TV show “Glee” scored huge with a cover of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’”, which debuts at #4 thanks to 177,000 downloads. That’s higher than Journey’s version of the song, which topped out at #9 28 years ago.

Linkin Park also debuts in the Top 10 with “New Divide”, which scores #6 in its first week. Katy Perry’s “Waking Up In Vegas” bounces three spots to #10, scoring Katy her third Top 10 hit behind “I Kissed A Girl” and “Hot N Cold”.

The new “American Idol” single - Kris Allen’s “No Boundaries” - fell just shy of the Top 10 at #11.
